I had ordered one orient actus JM5003F juicer mixer grinder from shop-clues against order no. 13455027. They had shipped me a dead product. I had raised my concern with return request no. 276227. But they are saying that as my product is under manufacturer warranty, so I should take it to service center.I do not have any service center near me. I have paid full amount in advance then why should i suffer. I need help in this regard.
