I have purchased some clothes (2no.s) jeans pants from YEPME.COM in online shopping on 24/07/2013. My order number is 27744863.The order value is Rs.1310/-(one thousand three hundred and ten rupees). The product should be home delivered by 29/07/2013. But it is not delivered. When i called the customer care, they said that it was their mistake to mention incorrect address on the delivery pack. But still they are not able to track the product.

The product was not delivered to me and i have lost Rs.1310/-. YEPME.COM is not caring when i called their customer care.

I want to YEPME.COM to refund my amount Rs.1310/- along with some penalty for wasting my valuable time in continuously calling their customer care.
