Dear Sir/Madam This complain is regarding Overnite Courier service, They have missed my Packet from courier service. Dated 4/Apr/14 I booked a Courier in the name of “Hasbro Clothing Ltd”. I checked delivery status in overnite website but there was no status on overnite website, after that I started communicating with Overnite users, till date they did not find my Courier and not reday to pay my Parcel value. Total value is approx rs. 2500. I have already sent so many mails regarding this but no reply from overnite services. Overnite Courier person did not mention the parcel value on slip, and today they told me that you did not provide the Parcel value. If someone asked me about parcel value then I can provide the parcel value, overnite person did not ask about the parcel value Request you to look into the matter and resolved this. I have attached my consignment slip. Pls. find with supporting document

this parcel was in 30 days return Policy, parcel could not reach timely due to parcel missing from Courier company. If somehow courier company found the parcel then there is no use of that product because 30 days return policy has already passed and parcel is useless for me I want Rs 5000/- as Compensation. for my missing parcel.
