i had sent the parcel weighs of 0.800gms of sample knitted garments.This is the second time they had missed my parcel.Still there is no updates for the first parcel.I asked them refund it is pending after that only i had made a complaint with you. parcel sent on the date 2.12.2013 and the lr no:3397572.

i need the refund or else i need my package back
