On first of March 2013 I paid Rupees one Lakh through SBI Cheque No:179942 Dated: 01.03.2013 as advance for Plot No Seven in Millenium Square Phase-III Project, Oragadam, Chennai through company executive Mr.P.Sivasubramanian (Mobile number 7299909779). I have arranged about Fifty Lakhs for Registration. The company has not produced advance amount receipt. Hence I have submitted a registered letter with acknowledgment due dated: 16.05.2013 to Chairman of V.I,P Housing & Properties for Registration . No response. On 02.08.2013, I met in person the Customer Relation Manager Mrs.Gayathri and explained the fact. On 14.09.13 I sent registered letter to get compensation for my heavy financial loss and mental torture. Kindly make arrangment to get compensation and thus render justice.

In the circumstances stated above the Hon’ble Customer forum may please to take necessary steps to get ten lakhs as compensation for financial loss and mental torture and thus render justice
