Hi, I made a purchase through Pune bake shop online for cake and flower costing around Rs 2630. (2380 for cake&flowers and 250 Rs for morning delivery between 8 am to 2 pm). I inquired around 5 pm and things were not delivered till then as I was told delivery boy met with an accident and the cake got spoiled!! I was assured that it will be delivered by 7 pm! I tried calling their shop around 7:30 pm as delivery was not done and it appears their shop was closed before 7 pm. There is no point receiving the cake and flowers once my family has left for dinner and planning to sleep. I am highly disappointed at their service and I would like to get the full refund! This a huge sum of money I spend (for giving a surprise to my family on a special day) expecting a quality service maintaining an online website and customer service. But it seems that they just don’t care about customer after collecting the money. Also, I have noticed they have very reviews online indicating they have cheated many customers in their past and this is their method of operation.
