Punjab National Bank – Internet Banking Review

I am a customer of Punjab National Bank(Branch-H.A.L Township, Faizabad road ) with an account no.-2414001500005446 and I would like to notify the problem of mine. On 10/08/2014, my net-banking service get locked due to unknown reasons. I contacted customer care where I was told that that it can only enabled by my home branch.Also I was given a Complaint(Reference) no-A001926361. Since then I have visited the almost 4 times and the net- banking is still locked. Every time when I visited the branch, their representatives told me that they have enabled it from their end and it will be unlocked in 48 hours. Also I have notified the Bank through mail but i did not get ant reply or response from bank. Since my net banking service is still locked, I cannot make make any transactions and I am going through a lot of problems. I am very much dissatisfied with bank services in this context. First of all I would like to know the reason that why my net-banking was locked. Also i would like to know how much exactly time you will take to solve this little problem of mine. This type of irresponsible attitude towards any complaint is humiliating and creating a lots of trouble for a customer as well

Immediate eradication of my problem with proper explanations in written. I would not like to visit the branch for any further clarification on their behalf. I wish to be contacted by the bank on phone or through mail only for any further progress regarding this complaint.
