R/Sir, I am drawing my family pension from Punjab Nationnal Bank Branch Loharu Road Bhiwani Since 2006. My Bank A/C no. is 0053000109441645 and PPO no. 037010/F/HR. During past five month there are some irregularities ocuured in my A/C submitted as under. 1. My pension has been revised from Rs. 15474 to Rs. 16251 w.e.f Aug 2012. But in my A/C Rs. 15751 were added instead of Rs. 16251 i.e Rs. 500/- less deducting Medical allowance of Rs. 500/-. In this regard concerned official has been approached Many times but all in vain and nothing is being heard from their side. 2. But it is more painful to say that instead of rectifying the problem as mentioned in above para no. 1 my pension has not been deposited in my A/C from Nov 2012. When i asked inquiry from the bank official they are not responding. At last I visit to Manger Sir, he also state that he does not know anything in this regard. Therefore it is prayed that kindly look into the matter and solve my grievance as i have been harashed mently very much. With hope thanking you
