Dear Sir/Mam, I would like to kindly inform you that I have purchased a Water Purifier from Puritanica Water Solutions Ref Bill No. 48 Dtd. 13.07.13 at Rs. 7,200/- As Original bill with us. They have taken Warranty for 1 Year and also 4 Visit Free in Warranty Period towards servicing that is 13.07.13 to 13.07.14. But This Time My RO(Purifier is working ) from 23 days and i have called them 1 or two times per day, He always ask for next day- next day but still he hasn’t came & repair the same and now he doesn’t pick my phone from any number, when i called last time then he told me i will not repair your machine at any cost. I want that either he do repair the machine & provide servicing facility time to time as he committed and also as per terms mentioned in the bill. Or He do Take back His Machine and refund my amount.
