PURVANCHAL CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY

Kindly help me in getting rid of the Society I, Mata Prasad, 58 year old man would like to request you to help me in getting my deposits worth Rs. 12886.00 (as per the statement dated 22.04.2015) back from the Purvanchal Co-operative urban T/C Society Ltd. It is not releasing me from its membership and bothering me unnecessarily. The case is this that I am co-surety of 5 people’s loan fraudulently/unknowingly and Mr. Dinesh Kumar is one of those 5 people. Mr. Dinesh Kumar is not able to pay his remaining dues of Rs. 6815.00 against his loan a/c but Mr. Dinesh Kumar intends to pay his dues himself. He wants to adjust his own deposits worth Rs. 5500.00 with his pending loan amount but the society is not adjusting it. It is denying for doing so and increasing his loan amount day by day by adding extra charges, interests and penalties so that the society may recover huge amount in future. I have informed about it to the higher authority of the society already but all in vain. No action has been taken yet. The society is running beyond its objectives and purpose for gaining its profits only. I am not only member who is suffering from its extortion. There are many more. The society has become fearless as nobody takes action against it. There are some points: 1. The society made me surety for 5 different person’s loan whereas its prospectus shows that one person can be surety for two different people’s loan only. 2. The society filed two forged case of cheuqe bouncing against me for recovering other person’s loan i.e. Mr. Satender and Ms. Poonam and took Rs. 75000.00 in cash for settlement. Actually I gave it 10 blank-signed-undated cheque as security cheques for my own loan but it misused two cheques for recovering other person’s loan beyond my wish and my acceptance. Even my liability against dues of other person’s loan was not decided till the date when cheques were misused. Matter was disputed and was into a court but meanwhile cheques were used. 3. The society took Rs. 75000 from me into the court but did not adjust it with principal debtor’s dues. It filed forged case of cheque bouncing against the principal debtors with full amount and settled the case in full without deducting and considering my payment. Copy of Settlement is with me. 4. The society extorts its member. There is one more point. It is not returning Mr. Bane Singh’s signed-blank-undated cheques which were taken by the society at the time of giving him loan as security cheques. Now Mr. Bane Singh has repaid his all loan but the society is showing its power and not returning his cheques. It is obvious that it intends to misuse those cheques later. Now it is not clearing Mr. Dinesh Kumar’s loan knowingly and adding extra charges, interests and penalties so that it may recover huge amount in future. Please get Mr. Dinesh Kumar’s remaining loan i.e. Rs. 6815.00 adjusted with his own deposit worth Rs. 5500.00 so that Mr. Dinesh Kumar can pay his remaining dues Rs. 1315.00 easily and I can get my deposits back and be discharged from the society’s membership. Thanks and regards, (Mata Prasad Singh) Address: C-3/272, Gali No-2, 2nd Pusta, Sonia Vihar, Delhi-94 MB: 991XXX3975
