Shortage of Goods delivered – these people have Rail Cargo Services, I am Sreehari Reddy from Satya’s Fashion Design India, Bangalore. My colleague had booked consignment weighing 140KG from Bangalore to Ludhiana through “Green Carriers & Contractors (Delhi) Pvt. Ltd, J.C.Road” on 10/03/2015, LR No: 10205552. But 105KG of consignment delivered instead of 140, which has lessened by 35KG. As we are missing 35KG of consignment at the time of delivery, we have lost our customers and caused us a great financial loss as well as a loss of considerable goodwill to and the value of the missing consignment is Rs.28,597 (Twenty Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety Seven Rupees). I have provided proof for the same to Green Carriers & Contractors (Delhi) Private Limited in Bangalore office, but company people keep asking me one after the other document instead of asking all documents at one shot and they are intentionally playing with me instead of settlement of the claim.

During the first consignment we missed goods, same has been brought to Mr. Khan’s notice and complained the same on 14/03/2015 and informed to Mr. Khan about the second consignment as well to take care, but no effort has been taken place and result is missing goods in the second consignment as well.
