PFA Snapshot of Internet Broadband Speed test Report.

My user id is prakash.g1 am using 1Mbps FUP Plan,but am not at all getting the speed 50 Kbps also consequently. What is more surprising is the Upload Speed is much higher. I’d like this issue to be solved on an urgent basis otherwise I’ll make move to bSNL DataOne Broadband.

I Am dissatisfied of using your service by facing Speed Issue.
