i had ordered rakhis from rakhis online.com on 4/8/14 order no 20020 payment made through invouge india to be sent to USA to my brother. since i am not in india i put my senders address as my parents address in andheri juhu versova link road. they courried the ralhi via blue dart courrier tracking id 14274713806 to andheri instead of USA even though the address to whom it had to b sent was my brother in USA, when i informed rakhis.com they told me its blue darts mistake and gave me the tracking no on blue dart which was showing delivered to juhu versova link road andheri but the recipient refused to receive the parcel, i again called them they told me you talk to blue dart and when i checked blue dart the tracking number all of a sudden disappeared from thier screens and the telephone no of rakhis.com is unavailable since that time +91 9756957xxx . kindly help me how do i proceed my complaint against these cheats
