I am an Air Force Personnel posted at Air Force Station, Pathankot, Punjab. I am retiring on 31st May 2014. I had sent my personnel belongings of household items including furniture and my personal car(TATA Indica) through Mr.Randhawa(09417302399) in two trucks. All furniture and personal belongings in one truck and the car in another trailer. He had picked up the car on 8th Apr 14 and the personal belongings on 11 th Apr 14. Mr.Randhawa assured that everything will be reaching in 10 days time or maximum of 14 days. So I departed on leave on 11th Apr 14. My leave was upto 4th May 14 and I had to catch train on 2nd May 14 from my home town Kollam, Kerala. After a lot of telephoninc calls and request my personal belongings reached before me leaving my place, but with a lot of damages. I had paid Rs.50000 to have a direct truck so that my belongings would be safe. But they had changed the truck in between. It caused a lot of damages.(Photographs can be submitted, if required). Now the problem is that the car which I sent on 8th April had not yet reached to me. It is still reached up to Banglore. It is more than one month and still they are not giving any clear reply. Kindly advice me and help me in this difficult situation as everyday I am requesting one or other of my relatives to wait and receive the car as and when it arrives.It put me in a difficult situation and mental agony and at a time when I am taking clearance from my Air Force job to leave on 31st May this situation gives me an additional stress and agony.
