Rashi peripherals pvt. Ltd – Waranty service denied on unfair grounds

I purchased an XFX graphic card in August 2011. The card developed faults during waranty, therefore I got it replaced though Rashi peripherals in September 2012. Now the replaced card was old and I asked them about it when I was being given the card (it also had a very minor broken edge). The Rashi peripherals representative said that the card was working (he showed me the working card in his computer) and convinced me to accept it as it is. I agreed. I was not informed of any policy which would keep them from accepting the same card if it gets issues later. Subsequently, when the replacement card again stopped working a year down the line (presumably because it was an old refurbished card) – I took it again to Rashi peripherals pvt. Ltd. This time they refused to accept the card stating that it had damages. They have refused to acknowleege that the card had the same damages when I took it from them and then they convinced me to accept it for it was working.

I request the forum to intervene and eithe: 1. Help me get a New replacement card from Rashi or 2. Help me get the compensation to the extent of the card’s value. Because Rashi peripherals has lacked transparency and did not indicate to me that since the card was damaged when they gave me, they would not accept the same. The intent was either malafide or it amounts to gross negligence on the part of Rashi peripherals – and this entitles me to a compensation.
