Ratan Tata’s SnapDeal Shipping Defective Products

Order No.:3977093066 I bought Saree from Snapdeal on seeing that Tata Group Chairman Ratan Tata has invested in the company for Rs.1050 order value and it was found defective piece & the same has been returned on dated 06-01-2013. Even after repeated followups over phone (customer care) & email to Kunal Bahl – Customer care Manager, after that I received refund of Rs.267 only in my bank account. I’ve been following up with them for remaining amount over phone to customer care on telephone and also emailed requests more than 3 times but they are not refunding my money in account always they just say they have initiated and it will reflect in 5-7 working days but it never get processed.

Numbers of calls and mails to CEO of the company but it’s NO use as Snapdeal is not willing to refund me my money back in my account. We also experienced about their customer customer care executives and company CEO who do not bother about mails and complaints.

We expect refund of order value & compensation against mental / physical harassment. We request your kind support & fair judgement in this case and order snapdeal to pay Rs. 2,500.00 including compensation.
