Refer Customer Complaint Memo s.no. 0214 dt.13.12.13 issued by Raymond Shop , Kanishaka Industries, 21 camac street, Kol-16 The shirt fabric purchased u/reference has developed patches on Sleeves of the Shirt as clearly visible and shown to Shop Owner who agreed and assured for replacement after confirmation from Company. Later on they stated that Company has not agreed for complaint. I am surprised ,How defect clearly visible is not seen properly by concerned person. The stitched shirt is not usable and lying with the shop who are not ready to either replace or return back the money. Shirt fabric cost 887+ stitching charges 350/- i.e Rs 1237/-

Either replacement with another product of equal value or return back Rs.1237/-
