Reader’s digest – Service dis-satisfaction & non delivery

Hi, I have been facing problems in receiving subscription copy from Reader’s digest fromthe time of registration. (2013) In total I have atleast sent 15 emails to the company and made more than 5 calls to get the issue addressed. After not seeing any improvement, I have atleast asked 4 time for the refund of subscription by cancelling the service but Reader’s Digest has not given me any resolution. Everytime I send an email, they come come back to me by writing their generic lines in email and actually are not addressing my issue and are not refiunding my money back (for which they have agreed. I have this documented in email from the company itself and me requesting over and over again for it) Please help me to resolve this. Till now, I have spent a lot of money on chasing them for update, sending emails, calling them, etc.

I need myself to be compensated with a fair monetary amount. This should cover the following: 1. Mental harassment I have faced due to this issue 2. Subscription fee given 3. Interest lost of money given to Reader’s digest 4. Money spent on calls, emails.
