I have paid Rs. 608704/- from 10/08/12 to 07/06/13 in five installments & Rs. 10,000 as registration amount to above said builders for purchasing a plot marked ’65-A’ corner plot. Till 01/10/14 above plot is not yet registered against my name. After paying full amount, I waited for several months and approached above said members of the company and they kept bluffing and postponing the registration till now. In Jan 14, I asked them to return my money, but they promised to get the registry done in Mar 14. Even after May 14, i have not received any registration date. After 01 year struggle and several arguments on phone and face to face with them in Aug 14, they requested me to change my plot from 65-A to 96 corner plot. Somehow I agreed for it but after that too they continued with their same lies and stories. When I asked for returning my money, Prashant Shinde CMD, told me that he’ll return my money deducting 20% of amount paid although I have paid installments on time and waited for almost 17 months. But Total fault lies with company and CMD.

As there is no enough compensation for precious time I have wasted in last 01 and half year running behind those liars-goons. And for my unbalanced professional and personnel life only because of them. But for now they have to pay for there wrong deeds. An amount of 15 lakhs as compensation I want them to pay me.
