Sir,
I am availing services from ICICI LOMBARD of personal insurance.From the first day when i taken the service of this company then they are calling me again and again for availing more services.when i said that please do not call me or stop calling me then he says that register your call in NDNC and ICICI ‘Do not call service’.I do this but still they are calling me again and again.and when i says that i will go in consumer forum then they used bulger language ,i have recording of this conversation .So please help me because i am frustrated and can’t do my work smoothly.I send many mail his customer care which give me complain no ‘ICICILom=006-217-553’ but they are not doing anything.I am receiving calls from last 5 months So please help me.i am waiting for your positive response.
