i am a retailer,mobile no 9895333950 recharged to a customers no 9633626380 amt Rs1000 for full talktime . but customer did not get talk time , when i contacted with your customer care they told this is being changed to some other offer. but airtel did not updated this to me.airtels esteem customer is unhappy and going to change from this network..kindly do the needfull …please get me back the amount in my account or in customers account.
