I have booked my Bus ticket from Nagpur to Pune for 4th May on 3rd May using Red Bus online service. After confirmed booking I got M tickets. After 1-2 hours I got call from Red Bus customer service and they told me that its not possible to book my tickets for that particular bus so either I should go for different bus or they will full refund. I asked for full refund. After one week when I didn’t got my refund I called their customer care, they said my tickets were confirmed, but they logged my complaints as they told they have all recordings for every call. I provided them with the number I got call from and also time, but they are not looking over this matter.
I want my ticket fare 4800/- refund.
