Booked ticket was cancelled and was intimated at boarding time.reason was break down of bus.I came to know that the same service was completed as per schedule.ticket no is TG6646732522. I took taxi for Rs 10,000/- to complete the journey at odd hrs of 23:15 time.in view of serious fraud going in redbus service. you are asked to conduct inquiry, save consumers.
