Dear Sir, Greeting for the day. I have booked a ticket from Redbus portal on 22nd Feb 2015. For which i got a confirmation mail for ticket booked. I boarded the bus @ 9.30 PM yesterday on 22nd Feb 2015. After a journey of about 2 hours, the bus driver woke me up & said me that the ticket booked has now got cancelled around 11.45 PM. He offered me two options either pay Rs. 1500 or get down from the bus. Adding to the situation, i wasn’t that much in cash. I had then called Red bus customer care for suggestion on the pathetic situation which was created by the bus operator. They customer care executive was also not able to offer any conclusive opinion. I somehow managed to pay the bus operator & carried on with the journey. Requesting you to look into the situation & advice on what help can u provide. Thanking you.
