My name is Jyoti Ranjan Gogoi and I booked one online bus ticket from www.redBus.in on 6th oct”2014.My journey date was 7th of oct”2014 from Moranhat to Guwahati but unfortunately the bus was cancelled by bus authorities and there was no other ticket available on a another bus on www.redBus.in and i have to find some another way for my journey.Then i called redbus customer care no 03339412xxx and they asked me my account details and told me that my ticket fare will be credited on my account within 7 working days. But their is not any amount of money is credited to my account from redbus.I have complained 2 times and they repeat the same. Please do the needful. Thanking you, Jyoti Ranjan Gogoi 9854038xxx
