Ticket booked through redbus.in with id TH6D69345379/BLT611849. Passenger is provided with incorrect onboarding time and by the time they reach bus already left. Travels is not providing neither refund nor ready to accommodate passenger for next available day. This is purely travels mistake, but they behave very rude.

Passenger ended up taking LOP leave and missed school admission for his son. Total loss of ticket amount Rs.2000/- and loss of children education in better school
