Redbus – Payment made no bus service

I had purchased online return tickets from Mumbai- Goa – Mumbai on 27-May-2015. The incident happened on 31-May-2015 when I was scheduled to return to Mumbai. My reporting time at the Mapusa Bus Stand was 7:20pm. I arrived at the designated place along with my wife at 6:40pm. At 7:35 pm, when the bus didnot arrive, I called the bus operator number provided at the time booking. He said the bus was on its way. After waiting for around 30 mins, I called back but the phone line was busy. After sometime, when I called again, the man answered and said the bus has already left. I told him I did not receive any notification about the bus no# or the number of the driver to which he said I should have called earlier and spoke rudely using profane language. He even threatened me of physical assault over the phone. I confronted another bus run by the same operator and told them about my problem. The bus conductor called the same person who had threatened me earlier and this time, he used even worse language than before. I was even shoved around by the bus conductor. I then called REDBUS who kept me waiting for over 50 mins without resolving my issue or providing an alternate solution. Instead, after 50 mins of waiting, they asked me to make my own arrangement and said the ticket money will be refunded. Eventually, I bought tickets at 10:30pm after 3 hours of waiting.

I seek an apology from the bus operator & redbus besides the full refund of the ticket amount alongwith compensation for the physical & mental harassment caused.
