I had ordered a xiaomi earphone with battery through Rediff Online Shopping bank against order no. 11507470 The product received was fake / duplicate and one button of earphone was also not working. The sound was also not clear. We had ordered golden color earphone and silver color battery bank and recd a blue color earphone and pink color battery bank. the items were sent back more than a month back and after that despite repeated mails and follow up, neither genuine products were supplied nor refund has been made.

They have harassed me like anything and I want to teach them a lesson.
