Rediff Shopping – Damaged Product , Amount Paid No reponse

Order Track number- 20404132 I had ordered a Magic Mop worth Rs.1380 which was paid on Cash on Delivery. The product was received on 31st March and was found to be damaged . As mentioned in the rediff site I had sent all the photographs of the damage in the given time . It has been Six days and nothing has happened . No repose . They have a pathetic call centre which take minimum 15 mins to pick up the call . The concerned person Mrs.Saumya has no courtesy of replying and addressing the problem even after repeated calls and mails.

As I don’t trust this site I wish to have an immediate refund for the product as I don’t believe in replacement. I also with that the concerned person Mrs.Saumya has a word with me as this shows how unethical she is.I have called 15 times in the past 5 days with mail being sent daily.
