Rediff shopping Delivered Damaged Product

I have purchased one ” Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 Flip Cover Case with Free Screen Guard (White)” Order No. 9241086 which is delivered by 28 Feb 2014 at evening 7:30pm (apporx). Unfortunately i found it was damage at upper side. Next day 01 Mar 2014 i complained to Rediff shoping for this issue with Ticket no. #101777617723 and as per requirement i send mail with snap short of damage Product but after 11 days there is no response from rediff, while i followup 5 -10 times with CC. They are not ready to change or refund this product. I request you to help me in this matter.

It is broken from upper side. I need completely refund of the money.
