Rediff Shopping – item received is defective no response

I have order a skycopter from rediff shopping on 29/03/2014 which i have received by COD on 01/04/2014 at 5:30PM against Order no.9414649 transaction id – 20431614 Item- Skycopter amount : Rs.878/- COD The item received is defective & in non working condition. I have Requested rediff shopping customer card email id to replace the item as i have tried customer care no. 1800 266 2333 but not able to connect. I got a reply from Ms.Saumya from Rediff shopping that i have to courier the product to the given address. on the very next day i.e 02/04/2014 i have couriered the product to the address provided by her & the same has been delivered next day to their vendor. But After several reminder mails till date i am still waiting for the replacement/ refund. But not able to get any response from rediff shopping from last 5-6 days.

I request you to help me in getting the full refund along with courier charges. Because i dont think they are going to deliver the product.
