Rediff India shopping sites sells low quality products. Even though a consumer may not provide any feedback against any of their product/items at sale, their system marks all purchases as Positive by default (System Generated). This is disguising/cheating to a customer who refers feedback ratings to judge a product. Apart from that I purchased a product whose quality was below par. The product was not made of quality it claimed to have been built with, due to which the product broke off after few usages. i) Product(Iron Gym Total Body Work Out) purchased at the rediff website was a complete waste of time, effort and money. ii) In order to use the product I had to construct certain structure in my house. I had to make necessary fittings in the wall making damages to my house structure for nothing. iii) I sustained physical injuries (serious in nature) when the product/purchased item broke down. iv) all these impacted my working hours and hence my business.
