I have bought one JBL bluetooth speaker @ ?4438 from rediff shopping whose vendor name is sumit sharma and rajeev sharma in august and that product was not working good and i sent it back with assurance of letter that i will get my refund back. I was satisfied and packed it as it came to me and returned to vendor but still i have not got any refund though i got number of mails regarding it. Now they are not replying my mail. I have paid huge amount for it. I don’t know what to do except complaint about it. I am heartly disappointed with their fake assurance of refund
