I wish to lodge a complaint against Rediff for sending a completely useless and defective piece -Luxor ultra tab against my order no 8787853. After I reported it to them I was told I will get a refund -they took my complaint and my complain no is 97091. They had assured me somebody will contact me in 2 days -that did not happen then I called them again they said I will get a revert in 24-48 hours that also did not happen.Then I called them yesterday and they told I will get a mail for my refund in the next 2-3 hours that also did not happen.Today I called them again and they said- I will surely get a mail by 6pm with details of my refund but that did not happen either .Now when I am calling them the customer care executives are disconnecting the phone after taking my complaint number. I am stuck with a completely defective piece and my money is blocked.with no light to know how is my problem going to be resloved. I sincerely request to help me in this matter urgently.
