I purchased FILA canvas shoes on 08-Dec-2013, from FILA exclusive showroom S.Factor Jodhpur (MRP Rs. 2399/-). Used infrequently till 01-Mar-14. As I was out of the station for the day, on some official tour when I noticed the sole coming off from the shoe upper on the inner side. It was quite awkward to wear burst shoes, so took it to the cobbler immediately and gets it stitched. Now when I rushed to the FILA store very next day, who said the warranty was for 90 days but he could not help without original bill. However, after some discussion (on producing Credit Card bill), he agreed to send the shoe to the factory for replacement at no charge on 02-Mar-2014. After many follow ups, it was brought back to the shop without any replacement on 07-Apr-2014, without any causes of denial.

Now please favor me to get my money back or the replaced shoe with same model without any manufacturing defect.
