Dear Sir/madam;
I have one very serious issue with airtel i.e I have to receive 6000 Rs refund cheque from airtel in july but still i haven’t received.Airtel person saying that they have delivered cheque to one staff person in my company, but when i asked from that person, he denyed. and when i saw courier receipent, courier person did duplicate sign on receipent, he didn’t deliver cheque.i also talked with airtel regarding same thing & they were also agreeing that courier person did duplicate sign.
But even after this they have not delievered duplicate cheque to me. i am doing regular follow up with airtel, but i am not getting any positive response from airtel.
So kindly help me out.
