I Mr. Manas Kumar Das did online Freecharge of Rs. 70.00/- to my VODAFONE no 9776961100 at 12:27 PM today through my Bank A/c No. 30890119440 with amount was deducted from my account without recharge of amount to my Mobile No. The Transaction reference No is FCVW1604163621856852.

Please refund the recharge amount to my A/c as soon as Possible.
