Kingfisher Airlines\Yatra.com Rohit Srivastava and Roopam Srivastava Flight Number IT309 From Goa to Mumbai Flight Number IT333 From Mumbai to Delhi PNR MSGWCN Date of travel 2nd Dec 2012 Ticket Booked via Yatra Travels Yatra Number 01244749353 My flights mentioned above were cancelled but I have not yet received a refund. I have called Yatra multiple times and they told me that full amount will be refunded by 7th January. I called them again today, 2 Jan 2013 and came to know that I have to callback again on 30th January to check the status. Yatra Booking Reference number is 19091221415 and total amount is Rs 11194. I would need help to get afull refund of this amount as my trip was put in jeopardy due to this and I had to spend another 16000 Rs with another airlines for a ticket from Goa to Delhi. This ticket was booked through Yatra.com and I have spoken to them 2-3 times per details provided in this complain above.

I am looking at complete Refund of the amount since the flights were cancelled by refund.
