Name of the Hotel : “Hotel Pratap Inn”, HB Road, Lalpur, Ranchi. Ref : – Receipt no 346 dtd 21.03.2012 for Rs 100/- as advance My elder brother’s friend & his family were supposed to come from Kolkata on 22.03.2012 and for him I had booked one specific room/hall ( 3 bed ) on ground flour and paid and ad hoc advance amount for the same ( scan copy of above receipt is enclosed ) On the proper booked date they came early in the morning by Howrah-Hatia Express and directly went to occupy the room but at that moment The Hotel management were not able to given room to them because it was not ready to hand over, instead they ask them to wait some time, because the room which was occupied by some one was suppose to be vacated within some moment. Since car was booked and they were supposed to move ” Chhinmashtika ” for its dershan hence they did not waited and moved to next hotel at Lalpur. I had visited several times and verbally requested hotel management to refund the amount of advance but they are not entertaining at all. This is my request to do the needful on my behalf to enable me to get the amount refunded Thanks in advance.
