I had booked my return tickets with Jet Airways on 17th September 2011 from Chandigarh to Indore on 19th January 2012 and return from Indore to on 06 February 2012. As flight on 19th January 2012 from Chandigarh to Indore got cancelled due to some technical reason, due to which I was not able to travel. After that I traveled from Indore to Chandigarh on 6th February 2012. I haven’t got any refund from Jet Airways for that and no mails that your flight got cancelled due to some reason. I tried to contact Jet airways and then I come to know that I have to apply for refund, I had dropped mail for same to concern team. On which I got reply that, my total trip cost was INR5968, on which I got a discount of INR 510 for booking return ticket and got actual ticket in INR 5458. so as I traveled once side only so discount is not applied. As mistake is there due to which I was unable to travel. I asked for complete one side fare return paid by me that is INR 2984 instead of which they are ready to refund me INR 2474. Due to this my some important meetings in Indore got impacted. Mental tension as I haven’t got my refund back from past one year.
