Hi sir,

My bike had an accident in August. Then I claim for the same. Yamaha dealer put a request for the replacement of FORK ASSEMBALY. But servevor MR.Alftab Inamdar didnt approved the same and ask to repair the part n denied to replace it. I have driven the bike n founf that its not working properly. So I again put bike for claim on 25 November 2009. Still my bike is there n none of the action is taken over that issue. Then I talked with Mr Gautam from there concerned department. Mr. Jimmy( Working under Mr. Ashish Ajmera who do not have the manner how to talk). had done the survey. Now they r reddy to replace the same but they r not giving claim for the part which is repaired. But that part is repaired under the instruction of previous servevor Mr Alftab Inamdar. He asked to repaired it insted of replacing. so now they r not reddy to give claim for the whole assembaly of fork. They r just giving claim only for the part PIPE.
