With due respect it is stated that i took a policy from Bharti axa life insurance in april 2008 My policy no. is 5001217818. but still i am not received any policy document. i also complained to my agent and customer care but reply is not satisfactory. Many of time i also visited the gurgaon branch office but they told me that your bond is sent to you while the other side Head office(service@bharti-axalife.com ) mailed me that your bond is sent to the gurgaon branch and you could collect from there, i meet Mr. Sawan(Manager) at gurgaon branch and he assured me to solve this matter but a long time has been lapsed but no solution is been made. Kindly take some necessory action regarding this matter as soon as possible.
