We were getting Gas cylinder every month from Reliable Gas Service Jalandhar but this month when i was unable to book my cylinder from phone, I checked with the agency and they said that my account was shifted to some other agency in Nakoder without prior information. Customer support executive in Reliable gas service gave me a phone no of Nakoder agency i.e. 0181-2276xxx. According to them my account is not yet shifted there but it’s not functional here in Reliable Gas Service also. How come without intimation they shifted my account. When i checked, i came to know that many of people were facing same issue and this issue is only in this agency. Customer executive said me to give written request to change the agency to Reliable gas service but i do not have issue with agency, i need cylinder and she said fixing this issue will take more than a month. My account is not working in Reliabe Gas service and where they shifted its not received there also. I will have to give written request and i don’t know for what. Still after a month i will get Cylinder, Please suggest what should i do in this situation. How will we survive for month? My Consumer no is: 22873.
