Reliance 3G – data card speed issue

I had opted for Reliance 3G data card service on 29th of July 2013. However,internet service was not operational in line with the commitments of 3G due to network & speed concerns, which restricted me from using the same.In regards to the same,I logged a complaint with Reliance customer care and requested them to rectify my concern. Even after consistent follow-ups with the customer care, there was no support provided. Simultaneously, the bill was raised & the Reliance team for collection started harassing me to pay the bill. On continuous follow-ups they waived off my bill, but still the rectification of concern did not happen. I have asked them to discontinue the service as I am fed up of so many unproductive follow-ups and they are not bothered to rectify the same. But still they are active on mail….

Pls discontinue the service, and am not interested to be associated in any form with Reliance, by neutralizing all irrelevant bills.
