Sir, i am in trouble using reliance 3g. when reliance launched 3g at 2g rate i used it and got the benefit. i used it in my 3g dongle. earlier it was ok. but on 22/8/13 night i again recharged this pack and used it with my 3g dongle for about half an hour. but on the next morning i tried to connect it but it was not connected. after that i called at 198, the complaint number and asked them about the problem. they told me that my 3g data was deducted from my account. i asked them the reason. then they told me that because of i entered the sim card into my dongle. and they told, “the 3g pack is not for dongles, it is only for moblies”.i told them that i used it in my dongle previously and i got the benefit. then they told me that may be i got it by default. they told that it was their term and condition. i told them that they should not deduct the benefit because it costs 123 INR which is not a lesser amount of money. i also told them that instead of deduction of the benefit they should change the settings for the dongles and one can use the internet when he or she again insert the sim into the mobile. but it is not wright to deduct the benefit. they again they told me that it was their term and condition. then i asked them where was it written or mentioned. they told me to ask about the pack to the retailer before recharging. i told them,” it is a hidden condition”. after that, the next day i went to a shop and asked the retailer about the pack. he told me that i would get the benefit of 3g 1 gb data. he didn’t know anything other than that. even i asked him,” can i use it in dongle?”. he told me,”i don’t know.” after that i went to another shop and asked the same but same thing happened there. even i saw a terrif plan sheet where the “3g at 2g rate” is mentioned. but there was nothing about the term and condition mentioned by the customer care. Sir, i request you to kindly investigate on it so that like me no other people will suffer. thank you.
