Reliance 3G Online Re-Charge – No Credit

I had done a recharge of Rs.98 on 5/4/2015 around 9 pm & 11:45 pm. Around 9 pm, I recharged through a local dealer, and at 11:45 pm, I recharged via online recharge. According to their recharge plans, I should get 1 gb 3G data on my number 9868XX3809. My amount has been deducted both times, but I didn’t received the internet data when I checked it via sms. I had a talk with customer care as well, but they said that they didn’t got any request for this. I even got an error message which said that your request could not be processed. My amount is deducted twice, but I didn’t received my internet data balance of 1 gb. Please help. I am very annoyed with the services of Reliance. I have uploaded the payment receipt which I received when I did online recharge at 11:45 pm.

My amount has been deducted both times (Rs.98 + Rs.98), but I didn’t got any internet balance of 1gb in either case. Please get my recharge done, or either refund my total amount in my bank account.
