Greetings Sir/Ma’am I purchase a samsung galaxy y duos mobile from r k mobile shop , on the box there was mentioned that a reliance sim is free with this mobile with , 1 gb/ month 3g data , but when I ask for this scheme after one day they denied that sim not comes with this mobile , he also call samsung distributor they also not give appropriate answer so i want to make complain on Samsung mobile service why they are giving mentioned product with the selling product. thanks in advance.

I want they provide me proper service as they mentioned on the mobile phone box.
