I have concern with reliance service. I have recharge with 3G internet pack of rs.177 and talk time of rs.20 on 6th Dec.2014 and its validity is 4th Jan.2015. I haven’t activated any other service in between. and i didn’t used for the first-5 days and when i checked my balance it was nil. the company has cut my balance and internet pack. i also complained to the customer care 3 times but they refused to refund the money.in my account. I seriously frustrated with reliance service..please do consider my matter for sure.
