I have recharged reliance big tv (account no 200838681126) with rs 2073 on 2 Oct,2014. Customer care told me that call after recharge then only your offer will activate from 9 months to 12 months. I have called after recharge they told me that it will not activate now because technical fault. Tomorrow when I called again they told me that offer was only closed yesterday. I told that you have not told me about this, they don’t listen anything and regularly said same thing that recharge with more 310 rs to activate this offer. But sir I have called after recharge in time. This is not my fault. I have launched complaint also but they replayed that your request is closed. So please solve my problem.

I want to activate my present offer from 9 months to 12 months in this amt only. I don’t want to recharge more because when I have recharged this offer was going on and they have not given me correct information abt the offer. My account no. Is 200838681126
