I Reliance Big TV recharge my Long term package + Jambo Sports Package one month & Smart Card change charges all payment through net banking in various date. but on 16-01-2015 my jambo sports pack + region channel are block due to insufficient a/c balance.When I recharge all that time I call to customer care executive and he ask all amount that time.now mr Indrajit mukharji ask me yesterday your old long term package is over on 30-12-2014 and your new package is activate on 06/01/2015 so between period charges are debit your a/cs. So my first question is how can you deduct my a/cs balance without any intimation to me.secondly if between period you may want to charges why executive are not ask to me that time. after till date I try to contact to toll free customer care no but no body pick my phone in different time of day. after I contact to mr. Indrajit mukharji but not properly tone with us and he ask to me you may go any where I don’t worry. He also ask to me Rs.60/- recharge your a/c and continue all services. I request to you all customer of BIG TV same issue face out in service time. If any document for telephonic conversion or mail through require I submit to you any time.
I want to justice and taken legal action against BIG TV higher authority for next time not face this type of issue any customer.
